Notes : The above results have been taken on record by the Board of Directors in its meeting held on 12.07.2006 & forwarded to statutory auditors for limited review. The segment reporting is not applicable.  The company has commenced commercial production from its forward integration program of Continuous Sheet Galvanizing Line (CGL). There was no investors complaint in the beginning of the quarter. Five complaints were received during the quarter and were duly disposed off. There are no adverse remarks in the Auditors Report for the audited accounts for the year 2005-06. The figures have been regrouped/ reclassified wherever necessary..
